Cake Is there an age limit? BounceU is suitable for ages 3 to adult, but all
bouncers must be 36 inches or taller and able to walk in
order to play on all equipment. Walkers up to 3 years
can go in, but should have an adult accompanying them since
the equipment is quite big. We encourage adults to
participate in the bounce rooms. They tend to have as
much, or even more, fun than the kids. Can we just come in and play? You are welcome to come in to play during our scheduled
"open bounce" times. Please see our Open

session request. For Preschool Playdates, please call
to make to book a group session. We typically have
open bounce sessions on half days and school holidays as

for more information on special schedules. Do I have to know my head count and other
options when I reserve my party? No. We will call you about 5 days before your
scheduled party date to confirm your head count. You
can place an order for food and other add-ons at that
time. Can we have the bounce room for longer than an
hour and 15 minutes? Based on our party scheduling, we cannot offer an
extended stay in the bounce rooms. I don't think 45 minutes is enough time in the
party room, can we have it for longer? Based on our party scheduling, we cannot offer an
extended stay in the party rooms Can I bring in my own food and
drinks? You are welcome to bring your own cake. However,
if you would like to serve a meal, we ask that you use our
menu. We have relationships with local restaurants to
cater food. Your order will be delivered hot to your
party room! We offer Coke, Sprite, lemonade, Fanta orange or,
bottled water and juice. Drinks for your
adult guests are 99 cents for
all-you-can-drink. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS
ARE ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR CAKE. Can I order extra pizza or other food once my
party has begun? No. We must order food products the day before
your party so that all meals are prepared to order with
fresh ingredients. We do not maintain extra food
