1/2 hour early as another party was coming in and was still greeted by your staff as if we were the only ones there. The staff members immediately greeted my daughter and complimented her on her birthday outfit and her amazing cake. It just set the morning of her party off great. They were there to help the whole time. The environment was extremely safe, clean and organized. We had guests ranging from 9 months up to 80 years old and they all loved it. The pizza I ordered was still warm and was served by your staff quickly. The staff also had a pen and paper ready while my daughter opened her gifts. I was shocked to see that he did a marvelous job filling out the sheet of paper describing what she received. I have worked retail for 15 years and know how important customer service is. You all exceeded my expectations and my guests. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the superior service. Thanks for all the help. My daughters 4th birthday will be one that we never forgot.
