Nolan, our party host, was the VERY reason this party was successful and he brought/encouraged the fun/energy from the moment I walked in through the moment we drove away. I have hosted many private parties and coordinated many large themed events and never in my life have I ever been able to just show up with my purse and have everything done for me...this was GREAT!! : ) Other birthday party places has nothing on Bounce U!...this was seriously a perfect event and I love that your party host even serves the food, refilled drinks, and wrote down the gift list. “The staffs are very accommodating and welcoming. The facility is huge and safe for kids to play. My son and all of his invited guests really had a good time at BounceU despite of the heavy rain outside. One thing though is that it is a little further from our area, I was hoping you would have a branch here in Natomas area. ”

“The overall experience of BounceU-Roseville was awesome! It was my son's 9th b-day and we had a blast! The variety of jumpers allows for kids of all ages to enjoy the experience in their own way. The facility was the cleanest bounce-house facility in the Sacramento area as we have attended several facilities and they were not as clean as BounceU-Roseville! The customer service by all staff members was excellent! They handled everything for us which allowed me and my wife to have fun with the kids! I will definitely be recommending BounceU-Roseville to friends and family as well as considering it as a site for future parties! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! “Our experience at Bounce U was amazing. My 5 year old daughter’s birthday party was a big hit! The price and package fit our needs, all the kids had a blast and the Bounce U staff was extraordinary and such a big help. They set up the party room with my own decorations, had everything ready to go when it was time for the kids to eat cake and open presents, kept track of the presents and who they were from, and had amazingly positive attitudes throughout the whole event. I would recommend a Bounce U party to anyone.”

Very clean, compared to other places we’ve been and very “hands free” as far as my part. Absolutely wonderful, I cannot say enough about how great of an experience it was. My daughter and all her friends, and her little brother, had blast! Your staff, Lou and Christian were terrific. The kids loved them! “We originally thought that the most expensive party was too much as we didn’t know how many children were coming. So we reluctantly paid for the most expensive party and WOW it was worth it!! We were worried that the pizza was going to be gross like most pizza party place, so we ordered sandwiches for the adults. The pizza was good, the sandwiches were great, and the cake was excellent. I really think that we got our moneys worth! The staff was friendly, happy, helpful, and professional. The facility was clean, huge, and tons of fun.”

“I just wanted to thank you for providing a wonderful camp experience for my son. We were warmly greeted each morning by the enthusiastic staff, and my son was immediately engaged. After one week of camp he begged to return the following week, which we did. He’s still asking to attend future weeks of camp. My son’s favorite part of camp was the art. It was great to expose him to various art mediums-chalk, paint, canvas, rubbings, and his favorite-clay. The weekly thematic approach made each day fun and different. The staff was so supportive and encouraging and gave me daily updates on my son’s experience and successes of that day. Thank you for taking such an interest in building my son’s self confidence and for creating a warm, fun environment for both learning and playing.”

“Our 8 year old has attended a variety of camps this summer, and Create and Bounce has been her favorite. She loves the art projects, especially that has the chance to work with a variety of art media and learn many techniques. The finished projects are so beautiful and wonderful to display! We were very impressed with the personal attention provided by all of the camp counselors. The counselors are able to form an individual connection with each child after only a couple of days. Our daughter loved receiving a personal note from the counselors and we enjoyed the dozens of camp photographs posted on Shutterfly. What a great way to help kids remember the fun they have had this summer!! ”

“In one word I would describe your summer camp program as "AMAZING". My daughter had so much fun that she didn’t want to go home. The counselors were so sweet and friendly. It seemed as if every time I came to drop off Kaylee or pick her up from camp, Kaylee was their first priority, especially with my daughter’s safety and about checking my I.D. every time, even though they knew me after 3 weeks, which I absolutely loved! We are already trying to save money for summer camp this year at BounceU because she still constantly talks about how much fun she had. Every time she sees a commercial on TV for BounceU she gets so excited. Thank you to the counselors for showing my daughter such a great and wonderful time. She had a blast! She wears her shirts that she made as her Pj’s at night. We can’t wait until next summer! Thank you again for the fun!”
