“It was so nice to come in and enjoy my daughter's birthday party. I didn't have to do a thing. The staff took care of everything, from the reception of our guests to playing with the children on the equipment to handing my daughter the presents to cutting the cake! They even wrote down who got her what gift! That really came in handy when we wrote out our thank you cards! Our family and friends were so impressed with the level of service we received! “Your facility and staff did not disappoint! The room was clean, the staff was ready, the customized décor was up for him to see when we arrived, and the party got started right on time. He had a great time and I love that your facility makes it feel as if it’s just for him! I wanted to write to tell you how highly I rate two of your staff members, Emma and Cristian.In February, Ella kept the wild bunch organized and handled the party room like a pro. She doled out food and drinks like a machine, and the kids responded well to her. She really did a great job and was one of the reasons that we came back.Cristian was also friendly and seemed genuinely psyched for the party. He played with the kids, too, which was great for them. Where he really stood out, and why I was compelled to write, was when my son got sick in the party room. It was horrible – vomit everywhere. I probably made it worse by grabbing him and hauling him into the girls’ bathroom to get him close to a drain, but mostly, I wanted him away from the other kids. Cristian and the rest of your staff never missed a beat. They jumped in, moved the group out of the way, started clean-up, but kept the party on track. At one point, we came back in, and Christian was spraying disinfectant spray in the air while handling the gift list. I was amazed by the attitude of your staff, their maturity, and their good nature. You have a really great bunch there.

We had twelve very wild and crazy little ones with us for the party, and Amber was so patient and helpful to us with all the children. “My son and his friend then spent the remainder of the session excitedly darting between the ball court and other structures that contained an obstacle course, a large slide, and a boxing ring complete with huge, soft, boxing gloves. An enthusiastic staff member was present, and he encouraged and assisted the kids and showed them how to play safely. I joined in the fun several times, bouncing on each of the structures for awhile and then going down the slide with my son. At the end of the session (I found that an hour and fifteen minutes was plenty of bounce time), my son was pink-cheeked and tired out (in a good way). When I asked him if he’d want to return to bounce again, he immediately said yes.”
