“I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff members for making our visit to Bounce-U a truly fun and relaxing time. I have brought my daughter's to your facility many times for Open Bounce. My youngest has autism and isn't always good about waiting her turn in line (she often needs reminders) or using the 'pillow cases' to slide down the inflatable slides. I explained to your staff that my daughter has autism and has difficulty at times following the rules. They totally set my mind at ease when they told me not to worry about it; that she was fine and as long as she was having fun, that was all that mattered. They were very kind to her, occasionally giving her high-fives as she ran past them to another inflatable, and at the end of the open bounce session, your staff was kind enough to show us the birthday party room where my oldest year old wants to have her next birthday party in. I felt it was important to let you both know that you have exceptional staff members. My daughter plays the 'Bounce-U' web-video daily (I hear the birthday ad in my sleep) and she reminds me on a daily basis that we are going to "Bounce-U next week" so needless to say we'll be back soon and we truly look forward to it. Bounce-U is a wonderful addition to the community.
