“I want to say an especially positive word about the masterful procedure you use for present-opening time. The hosts kept the kids quiet and seated. Our son was able to read each card, open each present, and thank each guest one by one without chaos. A far cry from the free-for-all you often see at kids' parties. Thank you! Plus having them write the list of guests for thank you notes AND load up the car for us was the "icing on the cake". ”

“A great time was had not only by the kids but by the adults also. My 50+ year old sister and my 70+ yr old mom both went down the slides and called me the next day to say how they felt like kids again. My husband and I also jumped in and slide and bounced and later took a nap, along with our 5 yr old, as we were all wiped out. LOL”

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff members for making our visit to Bounce-U a truly fun and relaxing time. I have brought my daughter's to your facility many times for Open Bounce. My youngest has autism and isn't always good about waiting her turn in line (she often needs reminders) or using the 'pillow cases' to slide down the inflatable slides. I explained to your staff that my daughter has autism and has difficulty at times following the rules. They totally set my mind at ease when they told me not to worry about it; that she was fine and as long as she was having fun, that was all that mattered. They were very kind to her, occasionally giving her high-fives as she ran past them to another inflatable, and at the end of the open bounce session, your staff was kind enough to show us the birthday party room where my oldest year old wants to have her next birthday party in. I felt it was important to let you both know that you have exceptional staff members. My daughter plays the 'Bounce-U' web-video daily (I hear the birthday ad in my sleep) and she reminds me on a daily basis that we are going to "Bounce-U next week" so needless to say we'll be back soon and we truly look forward to it. “Dear BounceU, Thank you SO much for an amazing Sweet 16 party! We had an absolutely amazing time and so did all of our guests. The party was so unique, and kept about 35 teenagers entertained for hours! The staff was very helpful in planning a special, unique party for our age group. The staff was helpful, fun, and kind; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the range of inflatables was great! All of our guests said that this was definitely a party that they will never forget, and neither will we! Thanks again for everything ”
