“I just want to thank you and your staff for making my son's party a memorable one not only for our family but for our friends too. You guys are on top of everything the whole time. Staff even reserved food for my husband and I which I thought was great customer service. You were patient to me even if I called you probably 50 times from start to finish, haha. Everyone including adults had so much fun and they still talk about it up to this day. Some of them have attended parties there but they said our party was by far the best one. They didn't even realize all the add ons and other food choices you have to offer. Some parents wished they had their kids party there. So good job guys and hope to work with you again in the future. “I attended Hayden's party on 11/4 at 2:10 in Paramus with my 6 year old and her younger sister. I just want to recognize Gabby and Adrian for being so nice and helpful with my 2 year old, who obviously could not go on most of the bouncy equipment. But they spent a little extra time on their own initiative helping her do what she could and as a result I know she had a fantastic, special time. It's employees like Gabby and Adrian that really make your company stand out, and one I would recommend to other parents.
