“I had my son’s 7 year old party at BounceU in Paramus NJ and just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was for the children and the adults. The children were beyond thrilled and having the best time on all the bounce houses. The party planners in charge were wonderful. I have to give an extra thumbs up to party planner Arsen “our awesomeness”, whose enthusiastic personality was hysterical and just right for a bunch of 7 year old children. I was very happy with how the party was run, the place was clean, and most importantly the children had a great time!

“I had my son's party there this past Saturday at 10:30am and wanted to say he and all his friends had the best time. The staff that was with our party...Christina N, Jade, Michelle and Ben were outstanding! Everyone else I dealt with was awesome as well. I wanted to be sure to let you know how great everyone was because I have been to similar parties (not at Bounce U) and the staff was uninvolved, lazy and it almost felt like they were completely checked out. Our experience with your staff, especially Christina N went above my expectations and really helped to make my experience for my son so perfect.
I had heard rave reviews from people to have our party at Bounce U so I booked it sight unseen and it definitely was a positive experience. I would definitely highly recommend it to people. In addition to the tips I left for everyone I certainly would hope that you could do something more for the team I had because they really deserved it. They were engaged with all the kids, helpful, polite and just overall "in" the party.

“I just want to thank you and your staff for making my son's party a memorable one not only for our family but for our friends too. You guys are on top of everything the whole time. Staff even reserved food for my husband and I which I thought was great customer service. You were patient to me even if I called you probably 50 times from start to finish, haha. Everyone including adults had so much fun and they still talk about it up to this day.  Some of them have attended parties there but they said our party was by far the best one. They didn't even realize all the add ons and other food choices you have to offer. Some parents wished they had their kids party there. So good job guys and hope to work with you again in the future. The playlist and music were awesome, thank you so much! I would definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family! Thanks again!!!! ”
