Can we just come in and play anytime?
We have specific times when we are open to the public called "open bounce". Our Preschool Bounce is always on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11 and we have times on Saturdays and school holidays. Please see our Open Bounce page for more information.
Party Questions
How do I schedule a BounceU party?
It's easy! Just give us a call at 336-299-9797 and we will be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online or via email (Greensboro.nc@bounceu.com) and our party consultant will call you.
Is a deposit required?
A $75 or $100 deposit is required to reserve your party. You may pay over the phone with a credit or debit card and is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days before the event date.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid a $50 rescheduling fee, we require at least 14 days advance notice prior to your scheduled event
What is COSMIC bounce?
We have added black lights and special effect lights to both bounce rooms! We turn off the regular lights and turn on the cosmic lights. It’s not too dark because we have lights that come through our windows. Adding cosmic is only $25 per party and includes a glow necklace for every child. Cosmic is available anytime and can be customized according to your wishes.
May I bring in my own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring in your own cake. To insure on time delivery and quality products, we require that any other food items, drinks or ice cream be purchased through us. We offer many reasonably priced drink options and we offer pizza form Hungry Howies. We also offer chicken wings, Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets, vegetable/fruit trays and many snack items. See the Party Add-Ons page for more information. Please do not bring in food or drinks other than your party cake.
May I use my own Invitations?
Yes. An email invitation is available for all parties or you may purchase the BounceU invitations.
Do I have to know my head count and other options when I reserve my party?
No. We will call you about 3-5 days before your scheduled party date to confirm all the details for your party. At this time you can place an order for food and other add-ons or upgrade/downgrade your party type.
What if I don’t have 25 children to invite?
Our parties are for up to 25 children but you may have less. We do not charge per child because our parties are private but 25 is the maximum number included in the parties. Our Val-U party is for up to 10 children. You may add more children for an extra fee. You may have as many adults as you like and they are not included in this count and are free.
May I bring in my own plates and napkins?
If you have purchased the Mega Party your package includes paper products, if not you may bring your own paper products or purchase unlimited paper products from us for on $7.99
Can we bring confetti, pinatas or other decorations for the party room?
Our party rooms are festive but you are welcome to bring a bouquet of balloons, or table decorations. You may use your own paper products in the party room. Decorations cannot be taped onto the walls. No messy or dangerous party supplies can be brought into the party rooms. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. If these items are used, you may be subject to a clean-up fee.
May I add extra time to my party?
We went down on our party prices and gave you more options so now if you would like 45 minutes in the party room you may add an extra 15 minutes for $30. You may add extra bounce time but it would require you to purchase 2 party slots. We have found that 1 hour of bounce time is plenty for the kids!
What happens if I stay longer than the allowed time in the party room?
If you linger in the party room longer than the allotted time you will be charged for that additional time at a rate of $30 for every fifteen minutes. We are sorry to charge such a steep fee, but in order for us to stay on schedule for our party bookings we need time to clean and set-up the room for the next party.

Can I just drop in to bounce?
No, we are open for specific times to bounce called Open Bounce. Please click here to join our newsletter list and we will update you each week on our Open Bounce session times.
Is Open Bounce always the same time each week?
We have our Preschool Bounce every Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:00 am and Open Bounce for all ages on Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. and 5-6:30 pm. We recommend that you check our calendar before heading out to BounceU to ensure that we have not had to reschedule an open bounce session. We also may add open bounce times if we have availability on the weekends.
Do you schedule other Open Bounce times?
We always have Open Bounce sessions on Teacher Workdays, Holidays, Early release days and school breaks (Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Vacation). We strongly recommend you join our mailing list to receive emails about our special Open Bounce Sessions.
