BounceU in Plano: Frequently Asked Questions

BounceU events and policies are designed to make things as easy as possible on you. We understand that you might need a few clarifications about our parties and facilities, so we've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions and their answers.

FAQs - General

Is there an age limit?
BounceU is suitable for ages 3 to adult. Walkers up to 3 years can go in, but should have an adult accompanying them since the equipment is quite big. Non-walkers and young toddlers are NOT recommended to go on the equipment. We do encourage adults to participate in the bounce rooms. They tend to have as much, or even more, fun than the kids.


Can we just come in and play?
You are welcome to come in to play during our scheduled open bounce times. Please see our Open Bounce page for more information.


Do I have to know my head count and other options when I reserve my party?
No. We will call you about 3 days before your scheduled party date to confirm your head count. You can place an order for food and other add-ons at that time.


You say that the party includes up to 25 people. What if some parents want to stay and watch? Do they count as part of the 25?
The 25 person limit applies only to those participants who are going to play on the equipment. Parents are welcome to participate, but would then count as part of the 25. If they choose not to participate on the equipment, they are welcome to stay and watch. However, there is not a lot of extra seating in the bounce rooms and the party rooms cannot comfortably seat more than 40 people.


Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?
There is no additional charge for parents/care-givers. If the total children participants exceed 25, there is a $8.00 per child charge for children age 2-18 years old to bounce only.


Is deposit required?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a Premier or U Junior Party. A $75 deposit is required for a Spectac-U-lar or Deluxe Party. Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your event.


Can we bring confetti, pinatas or other decorations for the party room?
No messy or dangerous party supplies can be brought into the party rooms. If these items are used, you may be subject to a clean-up fee up to $25. Decorations cannot be taped onto the walls.


Can we have the bounce room for longer than an hour and 15 minutes?
Generally, this is plenty of bounce time. It is like putting the kids on a treadmill for an hour without stopping. They are usually pretty hungry and thirsty at that point. However, you can pay for an extra hour if you would like. An extra hour can be added for $100 in addition to the regular party price for Sunday through Friday parties and $125 for Saturday parties.


I don't think 45 minutes is enough time in the party room, can we have it for longer?
Yes, you can have it for an extra half hour for an additional $50 Sunday thru Friday, $60 on Saturdays. The additional time must be scheduled at time of booking and is subject to availability.


FAQs - Food and Cake

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring in your own cake. However, if you would like to serve a meal, we ask that you use our menu. We have relationships with local restaurants to cater food. They deliver hot right when you are leaving your bounce room, so it will be ready right when you are. If you order one of our meals, we will provide all-you-can-drink. If you would like us to provide drinks only, they are available for 99 cents and again, it is a bottomless cup. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR CAKE OR ICE CREAM.


I don't want to serve a full meal, can I bring in my own snacks?
We can provide a party bowl of pretzels, chips or crackers. Or you can arrange for one of our beautiful veggie or fruit trays. But please do not bring in food other than your party cake or a small container of ice cream.


If I am bringing in my own cake, do I need to bring in my own plates and napkins?
No. We must order food products the day before your party so that all meals are prepared to order with fresh ingredients. We do not maintain extra food products at the BounceU premises.


Can I order extra pizza or other food once my party has begun?
Yes. We provide all of the paper products if you purchase food items through us. However, we recommend that you bring in your own to accompany food brought in by you.
