We go out of our way to make your child feels SUPER special on their bestest day ever! Our SUPER STAR service is what makes a birthday party at BounceU just as awesome and stress-free for parents as it is fun for the kids. Our specially trained Party Pros are the birthday party experts, and specialize in treating the birthday child like a VIP! We'll make your party awesome by exceeding expectations, creating lasting memories, and making your child feel super spectacular!
Our Party Pros are hand selected from the local commmunities in and around our store. Most are High School and College aged students who have demonstrated a love of working with kids, and dedication to providing the highest standards of customer service.
All of our Party Pros and Managers go through an extensive training program to ensure Super Star service is provided to all our guests, young and old.
